Kenneth “KC” Kuntz came to real estate from the fashion world. With over 20 years professional experience in buying, planning, and e-commerce with Macy’s, Kenneth “KC” knows the importance of listening to customers, understanding the competition, identifying trends, and strategic pricing. He has been noted by his colleagues as trustworthy, a great listener, and a strong advocate. While gaining professional experience with Macy’s, he has navigated some of the hottest real estate markets in the country: Washington, DC/Northern Virginia, Chicago, NYC, Hoboken, and the Jersey Shore.


Architecture has always been of special interest to him. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh in Political Science and Business, Kenneth “KC” could be found in any of the different architectural gems on campus. One such is the Cathedral of Learning, the tallest educational building in the Western hemisphere. From college to world traveling, he has visited some of the greatest architectural sites: Rome, Paris, Venice, London, Mexico City, Chicago, and more.


Kenneth “KC” also enjoys an evolved yoga practice, running at the beach, trying new restaurants, attending live concerts and seeing Broadway shows with friends. He is an animal lover and enjoys spending time with family dog, Duke, as well as his family.


After living and immersing himself in the Hoboken community for over 10 years and with over 30 years of family roots in Spring Lake Heights, Kenneth “KC” is bringing his attention to detail, negotiating skills, and experience to help buyers, sellers, and renters in the surrounding markets.
