I can understand why so many people choose to live in Central NJ. We are so close to everything...NY, Philly, the beach and skiing. Every day you can be somewhere totally different. A Broadway show on Saturday and then off to beach on Sunday. How great is that?!

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Prior to real estate I was Buyer and Vendor Relations Manager in the corporate world. A great deal of my work involved negotiation and contract management. Those years of experience are valuable when we are negotiating something very dear to you... your home!

Real estate is very personal and emotional. Sellers are leaving the home where perhaps they raised their children and buyers understandably want to get the
best purchase price possible. The challenge is to get both parties to understand and agree to what the home is actually worth in the current market. It's gratifying once you see the entire process come to fruition and both buyer and seller are settled happy in their new home.

Clients have told me that they like my real estate style ~Informative, Approachable and Not "Pushy". I take pride in that because I truly believe when someone is ready to purchase or sell their home they know it; they don't need to be told it's time or pushed into the process. I respect my clients wishes, check in to keep them informed and I'm approachable. They feel comfortable calling me with any questions/concerns. That's how buyers and sellers get to their new home sweet home when they choose me!
