Before launching their real estate career, Lourdes worked as a Corporate Customer Service and Tech Trainer for AT&T Wireless Services for 18 years. During this time, Lourdes combined their two passions - providing exceptional customer service and delivering engaging educational programs - to help train and empower AT&T employees across the country.
