About Sumin
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Sumin Acquavella worked as a Relationship Banker at Capital One Bank. She was then a stay at home mom for several years to be there for her children. Sumin also loves to bake and creates masterpieces that are both visually and palate pleasing. She is also a substitute teacher for the Tinton Falls School District.
Since becoming a real estate agent her primary focus and goal is happy clients. She has separated herself from other agents by utilizing technology which includes a digital marketer and marketing specialist, putting maximum effort into each client’s home regardless of the listed selling price. Every property receives basic staging, digital marketing platform, professional photography, videography, drone photography, as well as property-specific websites, four-page color brochures, virtual reality tours, and so much more!
She continually upgrades her education and knowledge, and learned from an early age what it was to have a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values. In her free time you will find her spending time with family and friends, or enjoying local restaurants and neighborhood festivals while volunteering for every school event that her children participate in.
