About Gladys
I am a result-oriented individual with excellent negotiation skills. I am not to be defined by what can simply be given to me, but by what I can provide to others.
When people look at my resume and see my close to 30 years as a lawyer, the next question that naturally comes is, “So, why Real Estate?”
My answer? Opportunity!
When I made the decision to get my real estate license I saw opportunity to:
- Make a difference in the lives of others
- Use my network
- Learn
- Increase income and access for myself and my family
As an attorney, it was my job to negotiate an outcome as it pertained to the law of a given state, encounter or business dealing. In Real Estate I am doing the same, but this time with properties. Whether my clients are looking to invest, buy or sell, I am able to take all of my years of education, work and people skills to create the perfect solution to their challenge. I do not know the answer to all, nor do I claim to. I am a solution finder. I am a fearless being who seeks to elevate herself above all other Realtors armed with the legal, audit, banking, and compliance knowledge to soar above all other agents. I understand the calling on my name and important it carries from property to property.
